Our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in IBM Cúram, modern web technologies, and AWS for a high-impact, long-term healthcare IT project. The role includes development, technical design, troubleshooting, and collaboration within a large project team. Strong knowledge of the Cúram framework, including HCR and CGIS products, is essential. Ideal candidates are collaborative, self-motivated, and experienced with complex technical systems and fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Design and develop software components and APIs based on technical specifications
  • Create Technical Design Documents (TDS)
  • Conduct data mapping and gap analysis
  • Perform defect resolution and new feature development within the Cúram framework
  • Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, technical leads, vendors, and QA teams
  • Provide technical guidance and communicate solutions and risks
  • Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize Cúram code
  • Participate in daily scrums and Agile ceremonies
  • Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • IBM Cúram framework, including HCR and CGIS
  • Cúram Certification
  • Experience with Cúram OOTB modules (Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence, IEG, Web-services)
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries
  • Experience with Python or with NodeJS, ReactJS/Angular, and JSON
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience profiling and troubleshooting Cúram OOTB and custom code
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities
