We’re working with a global manufacturing leader seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Greenville, SC plant. This role partners closely with the Division Controller and department heads to drive profitability, optimize cost, and ensure financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly forecasting, closing, and variance reporting
Drive the annual budget and standard cost processes
Analyze trends in material, labor, and overhead costs
Monitor inventory valuation and cost control systems
Present financial insights to plant, division, and corporate leadership
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s a plus)
- 3+ years in accounting/financial analysis (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong cost accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills & financial modeling expertise
- Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex data
