Sr. FP&A Analyst

Location: Greenville, SC
Full-Time | On-Site/Hybrid


We are partnering with a growing, well-established organization to identify a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join their finance team in the Greenville, SC area. This is a search for a high-impact role that offers visibility to senior leadership and involvement in strategic financial planning, reporting, and decision support across multiple business functions.


About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this position will drive business performance through accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.


Key Responsibilities

– Lead and support month-end reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
– Assist with annual budget development and monthly rolling forecasts.
– Prepare and present periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.
– Develop, refine, and implement financial tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
– Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
– Some travel may be required to support operations.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to financial projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
