Our client is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to modernize, automate, and optimize the agency’s SharePoint environment. This role will focus on integrating Microsoft 365 services and building custom solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Enhance and maintain the agency’s intranet (design, workflows, branding, web parts).

Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Suite, MS Teams) for improved collaboration.

Develop and implement PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.

Build secure, user-friendly solutions accessible across desktop and mobile.
-
Provide technical/user documentation, training, and best practices guidance.

Support DevOps environment management (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR equivalent experience.

10+ years of SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online & Office 365 customization.

Proven experience designing intranets and leveraging SharePoint 365.

4+ years working with Microsoft Power Suite (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).

Strong expertise in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, JQuery.

Knowledge of SharePoint Online security/compliance standards.

UI/UX skills plus strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
Preferred:

Microsoft Copilot integrations, M365 adoption strategy, or gamification knowledge.

Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, etc.).
