Job Description:
- Oversee payment posting (checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.)
- Process account adjustments
- Complete account Reconciliations
- Oversee monthly billing statements
- Maintain updated and accurate customer files
- Assist customers with payment portal and set up payment process
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of AR experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Excellent communication skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% onsite
Compensation & Additional Information:
- $20-22 hourly
