We are seeking a professional AR Clerk to join a growing team in Simpsonville, SC. This is a full time, 2-3 month temporary position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of AR experience and will have strong MS Excel skills.

Job Description:
  • Oversee payment posting (checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.)
  • Process account adjustments
  • Complete account Reconciliations
  • Oversee monthly billing statements
  • Maintain updated and accurate customer files
  • Assist customers with payment portal and set up payment process

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of AR experience
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours:
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • 100% onsite

Compensation & Additional Information:
  • $20-22 hourly
