Schedule: Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Pay: $26 – 29 hourly, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee retirement plan administration
- Coordinate benefits communications
- Analyze benefits data and respond to requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of HR/Employee Benefits experience
- Working knowledge of federal and state laws (ERISA, Sec. 125, COBRA, ACA, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
