Role Summary:
Join a small support team handling high volumes of inbound technical requests. The position focuses primarily on hands-on break/fix/install and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience working as a field tech or PC Tech. Truly need a Field Service Tech.
- Break/fix and troubleshooting experience with PCs, laptops, printers, chrome books, etc.
- Experience documenting tickets and resolutions
- Acting as a field tech and ensuring all hardware/systems are working
- Travelling to different locations with specific hardware/systems related tasks to be completed
- Acting in a customer-service oriented manner when working with team and users
- Imaging of PCs
- Documenting tasks and projects in a ticketing system
- Windows-based ecosystem
- Uses traditional Microsoft Office suite (not cloud-based)
- Experience with ticketing tools (especially systems similar to Heat or Remedy) is highly valued
- Support includes staff-facing tools such as educational systems and enterprise software
