A reputable homebuilder in Columbia, SC is seeking a temporary Marketing Specialist to cover an upcoming three-month period. This is a great opportunity for an energetic team player with strong administrative and marketing skills.
 
Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC
Schedule: 8:30am – 4pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $25-$30
Length of Assignment: 3 months
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team with various tasks
  • Support social media initiatives
  • Update the website with pictures and information for new listings
  • Enter data into project tracking software
  • Create flyers and invitations
  • Assist with producing floor plan cut sheets
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HubSpot, and BaseCamp
  • Strong communication skills
  • Residential construction industry experience, a plus
