Our client is seeking a temporary staff member to provide coverage while a team member is on medical leave. This individual will support facility rentals, event setup coordination, and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with internal setup and coordination for facility rentals and events

Manage documentation and track client information to ensure consistency and accuracy

Support administrative processes related to event setup, logistics, and client communications

Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of rentals and internal events
 
Qualifications

Previous administrative or event coordination experience preferred

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Professional communication and customer service skills
 - 
	
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
