Our client is seeking a temporary staff member to provide coverage while a team member is on medical leave. This individual will support facility rentals, event setup coordination, and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal setup and coordination for facility rentals and events

  • Manage documentation and track client information to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Support administrative processes related to event setup, logistics, and client communications

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of rentals and internal events


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or event coordination experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Professional communication and customer service skills

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed


Position Details

  • Pay: $18/hour

  • Schedule: 20 hours per week

  • Assignment Type: Temporary (medical leave coverage)
