Pay Rate: $30 – $40

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support new hire orientation, employee documentation, and background checks
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in UKG Ready
- Administer and troubleshoot within UKG Ready, including workflows, timekeeping, and employee self-service functions
- Generate reports and dashboards to support compliance, audits, and HR metrics
- Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and employee changes
- Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries
- Support employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and communications
- Help resolve routine employee relations matters, escalating to senior HR staff as needed
- Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)
- Support annual processes such as open enrollment, performance reviews, and policy updates
- Assist with internal audits and data tracking for compliance (e.g., I-9s, EEO-1, ACA reporting)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of human resources experience
- Hands-on experience with UKG Ready (Kronos) required
- Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience supporting multi-state or remote workforces
- Familiarity with leave management, benefits administration, or HR reporting
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred
