The ideal candidate will have a polished demeanor with experience in a similar role supporting an office administratively. This person must be able to start within the next week or so.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative support.
- Supervise logistics staff and support their training and development.
- Handle goal?setting, performance reviews, and staff development.
- Coordinate office events and community activities.
- Serve as the main contact for maintenance, facilities needs, and service requests.
- Track vendor invoices and facility expenses.
- Manage vendor relationships and recommend cost-saving options.
- Oversee facility and custodial tasks.
- Set up and clean meeting rooms; arrange catering as needed.
- Coordinate vendor services and general hospitality needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant office environment.
- Support security procedures and communicate safety guidelines.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange repairs.
- Inspect office spaces and furniture for maintenance or updates.
- Experience supporting a professional office in an administrative capacity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable managing vendors and basic facility needs
- Temporary need immediately for approx. 1-3 months
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, on-site
