Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bank Teller, CSR, or similar role (preferably within the past 5 years)
- Full-time availability

Major Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while delivering excellent service
- Engage with customers to maintain the bank’s community-focused spirit
- Introduce and sell banking products and services
- Proactively inform customers about additional products and self-service options to meet their financial needs
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as requested by the Branch Manager
- Actively participate in a supportive and team-oriented work environment
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $24/hr
- Consistent weekday schedule — no weekends
