Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments

Drive company vehicle for local deliveries (must pass DOT physical and have a clean MVR)

Receive, inspect, and manage inventory with accuracy

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure safety compliance

Assist with equipment relocation to other sites, with prior notice

Perform regular inventory counts and track inventory levels

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Support additional warehouse or maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
Prior warehouse experience required

Forklift experience is a must

Must pass a DOT physical and have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR

Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail, dependable, and self-motivated

Ability to work effectively in a small, team-based environment

Willing to adapt and take on a variety of tasks
Compensation & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $20/hour (negotiable based on experience)
