Responsibilities:
- Control and manage inventory to include scheduled inventory counts
- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
- Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
- Inspect condition of tools and equipment to include vehicle fleet
- Enforce all company rules and regulations
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job. This includes daily administration of the inventory control system to include receiving inventory into their system daily
- Communicate with installers each morning to ensure they have the proper material to complete each job. Have their material staged daily to ensure efficient and accurate loads in the morning
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
- Work with the Purchasing Manager and General Manager to resolve inventory variances
- Provide security for all inventory to prevent theft or misuse of material
- 3-5 years of experience running a warehouse to include inventory control
- Forklift certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with various departments
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to complete all physical tasks associated with inventory maintenance. This may include heavy lifting, bending, twisting your body, climbing ladders on a frequent basis, and dealing with extremes in heat and cold.

- $55,000-$65,000 annual salary, based on experience
