Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attorney calendars and schedule hearings
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organize case files and maintain court dockets
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and miscellaneous projects
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred
- 1–3 years of legal experience (workers’ comp or defense litigation is ideal)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Westlaw and case management software preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
- $19.23 hr – $26.44 hr
- 37.5-hour workweek and flexible schedule
