Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s email and calendar with precision, identifying priorities, responding on their behalf, and keeping things moving.
- Prepare communications for the CEO, including internal updates, board materials, and leadership messages.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones with thoughtfulness and efficiency.
- Capture and distribute meeting notes that are concise, clear, and actionable.
- Support logistics for key internal groups such as the leadership team and cross-functional councils.
- Book complex travel and build itineraries that optimize time, ease, and productivity.
- Track and submit expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle both personal and professional tasks.
- Support other senior leaders as needed.
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, anticipating needs, flagging priorities, and bringing clarity and momentum to ongoing initiatives.
- Be available for in-person meetings in Greenville, SC a few times per week if needed.
- Travel occasionally for company retreats or events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting a fast-paced executive, ideally in a high-growth, small to mid-sized organization.
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
- Highly discreet and trustworthy.
- A self-starter who isn’t afraid to push for clarity, follow up when needed, and keep things on track.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in remote work environments with occasional in person meetings and travel
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000-75,000
