We are partnered with a progressive healthcare organization with a nationwide impact seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity to support a dynamic and growing inside sales and business development team.
 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping a team organized and on track. If you have a knack for working behind the scenes to help a sales team succeed, this may be a great fit.
 
Description:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a distributed sales/business development team
  • Schedule meetings, track next steps, and help maintain pipeline momentum by coordinating follow-ups and documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including updates to contacts, opportunities, market information, and account profiles
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards to support the sales process
  • Own and maintain data integrity across systems and ensure consistency in how information is recorded and updated
  • Collaborate with internal team leads and departments to track project progress and align on shared goals
  • Become familiar with the organization’s sales processes and workflows, helping identify opportunities for improved documentation and efficiency
 
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of administrative or sales support experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage data accuracy and follow-up tasks
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Comfortable navigating and working within multiple systems or databases
  • Able to work independently while managing shifting priorities
  • Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team is highly beneficial
  • Understanding of sales cycles, pipelines, and client management processes is a plus
  • *Preference for a candidate to be based in Central or Eastern Time
 
Compensation & Benefits:
