Responsibilities:
- Guide and motivate staff to meet sales targets while upholding compliance standards and delivering exceptional service
- Actively connect with customers and local businesses to understand their financial needs and match them with appropriate banking solutions
- Oversee sales initiatives that expand loans, deposits, and customer relationships
- Grow the branch’s presence through outreach efforts, community engagement, and strong referral partnerships
Qualifications:
- 3 + years of experience in a banking environment. Strong foundation in consumer lending is required
- Preferably brings background in small business lending or broader business development
- Maintains solid expertise in banking products, operations, and compliance
- Demonstrates proven sales leadership with consistent success in achieving ambitious targets
- Represents the bank well in the community, and builds relationships quickly
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
- Fully onsite
