The Bank Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch sales performance while delivering personal, relationship-focused service. The position emphasizes growth in consumer lending, expansion of small business relationships, and increasing deposit balances to support the financial needs of the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts to grow loans, deposits, and new customer relationships
  • Proactively engage customers and businesses to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate financial solutions
  • Promote business development through community involvement, outreach, and referral partnerships
  • Coach, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch sales objectives
  • Ensure operational excellence and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of retail banking experience, including consumer lending, required
  • Must be able to pass background and credit check
  • Experience in small business lending or business development preferred
  • Proven sales leadership skills with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and confidence representing the organization within the community
  • Solid understanding of banking products, operations, and compliance requirements
