Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts to grow loans, deposits, and new customer relationships
- Proactively engage customers and businesses to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Promote business development through community involvement, outreach, and referral partnerships
- Coach, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch sales objectives
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service
- 3–5 years of retail banking experience, including consumer lending, required
- Must be able to pass background and credit check
- Experience in small business lending or business development preferred
- Proven sales leadership skills with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong relationship-building abilities and confidence representing the organization within the community
- Solid understanding of banking products, operations, and compliance requirements
