We are seeking Temporary Tax Compliance Verifiers to support seasonal tax operations. In this role, you will assist branch locations with PTIN renewals and applications, process payments, and verify that all required tax compliance documentation is accurate and complete for each prepared return.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume project ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working with documentation, compliance requirements, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist branches with PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) renewals and new applications
- Process PTIN-related payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify tax compliance paperwork for each prepared return
- Review and validate documentation using internal systems such as OnBase and Kofax
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met prior to submission
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily production and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures
- Comfortable working in multiple systems and applications
- Prior experience with document verification, compliance, tax support, or financial services is a plus
- Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the project
- Reliable, punctual, and able to start ASAP
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
