Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of payroll specialists to process payroll for 600 employees across 12 different operating companies
  • Process weekly multistate payroll
  • Handles deductions and garnishments
  • Assist with benefits administration and other HR duties
Qualifications:
  • Experience with ADP (specifically Workforce Now)
  • 2 – 3 years of high volume full cycle payroll processing
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Ability to think analytically and operate in a complex and changing environment
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $35/hr – $40/hr
  • FGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met
Schedule:
  • M – F, 8am – 5pm
  • June – October
  • Hybrid option on Fridays after initial training period
