A well known client of ours in Boiling Springs is looking to hire a Director of Restaurant Operations to help drive performance, build strong teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is direct hire and fully onsite. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with excellence
  • Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Drive efficiency, sales, and guest satisfaction
  • Build a strong, positive culture centered on teamwork and growth
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational execution
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a positive, team player attitude and ability to adapt and change
  • Flexible schedule allowing to work 45-50 hours each week
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate goals
  • Excellent communication skills!
  • Demonstrates a passion for people and service
  • Ability to make quick decisions and passion for developing others
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits: 
  • $60,000 with monthly bonus opportunities
