A well known client of ours in Boiling Springs is looking to hire a Director of Restaurant Operations to help drive performance, build strong teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is direct hire and fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Drive efficiency, sales, and guest satisfaction
- Build a strong, positive culture centered on teamwork and growth
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational execution
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a positive, team player attitude and ability to adapt and change
- Flexible schedule allowing to work 45-50 hours each week
- Ability to lead a team and communicate goals
