Our legal client in Greenville is seeking a highly professional Client Services Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be poised and professional and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role sits on-site Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Direct Hire with great benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients at the front receptionist desk
  • Bring clients to conference room
  • Interact with clients after meetings
  • Type legal memos dictates by attorney
  • Handle incoming and outgoing file boxes
  • Order and coordinate lunches for firm meetings
  • Coordinate meetings both internal and with clients
  • Cross train on office coordinator duties
  • Assist with logging billable hours as needed
  • Other administrative tasks needed daily
Qualifications:
  • Professional and poised demeanor is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous administrative experience in some capacity
  • Good computer skills
  • Quick to learn
  • Detail oriented is a must
Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $52,000 salary annually
