Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a polished, organized, and professional environment
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Answer phones and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and vendors
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
- Maintain organization of documents, job files, and internal systems
- Provide administrative support to ownership and the operations manager
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations
- Partner with external CPA to ensure financials are accurate and up to date
- 4-10 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or a similar hybrid role
- Experience in construction industry a plus
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Ability to self-manage and remain very organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
