Overview
We’re hiring a Solution Architect to own the technical blueprint for complex e-commerce solutions and ensure system integrity across the full enterprise ecosystem. This role goes beyond platform expertise—you’ll design how storefronts integrate with back-end systems like ERP, OMS, and PIM.
You will bridge pre-sales through delivery, validating technical feasibility early and ensuring the solution stays aligned from initial concept through implementation. This role is critical to delivering scalable, cohesive solutions for large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Technical Architecture
- Define system design, data models, integrations, and overall technical approach
- Maintain the single source of truth for all technical decisions
Validate Feasibility
- Partner with pre-sales teams to assess solution viability
- Ensure complex integrations and customizations are achievable
Drive Continuity from Sales to Delivery
- Stay engaged through discovery and implementation
- Align technical execution with the original vision
Design the Enterprise Ecosystem
- Select tools, platforms, and middleware that support business goals
- Architect scalable integrations across systems
Resolve Complex Challenges
- Support delivery teams in troubleshooting technical issues
- Provide guidance on high-impact architectural decisions
Improve Internal Practices
- Identify gaps in delivery or tooling
- Develop standards, playbooks, and best practices
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or digital transformation
- Strong experience with enterprise ecosystems, including:
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
- OMS and PIM platforms
- Middleware/integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato)
- Proven ability to design systems integrating modern e-commerce platforms with legacy systems
- Experience supporting enterprise-level clients and complex implementations
- Ability to validate technical solutions for business feasibility and long-term scalability

- $130k-165k, depending on experience
