We are seeking a Supply Chain Lead for an established company in Duncan, SC. This is a full time, onsite position. This individual will handle supply chain operations including logistics, sourcing, and inventory management.
  
Responsibilities: 
  • Build and manage domestic and international vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve sourcing, procurement, and distribution efficiency
  • Oversee demand forecasting, inventory control, and resource planning to optimize costs and avoid shortages
  • Lead cross-functional teams while driving continuous process improvements and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with international teams to transfer knowledge/materials and standardize logistics through SOPs
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field strongly preferred  
  • 5+ years in supply chain management, ideally in manufacturing
  • Experience with QuickBooks required; Strong knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of international supply chains and transfer processes
Hours: 
  • Monday to Friday (standard business hours) 
Compensation & Benefits: 
  • $35-40/hour, depending on experience 
  • FGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met 
  • Full benefits package offered after hired on permanently
