We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager (Residential & Commercial Services) to help drive business development and expand our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and excited about building scalable processes and teams. No industry-specific experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, tools, and resources to support your success. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, including building and managing a small sales team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess projects and gather relevant details
  • Document findings, take photos, and note any considerations or constraints
  • Prepare proposals and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Follow up on open opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Assist with inbound inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives including events, advertising, and promotional materials
  • Support efforts to grow lead generation and overall revenue
  • Office-based work combined with scheduled client visits
  • Preparing and sending proposals and contracts
  • Participating in team and strategy meetings
 
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or client-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable meeting clients at their homes or businesses
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to grow within the role and company
  • Interest in marketing and business development activities
  • Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and design platforms (e.g., Canva)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (training provided)
  • Must be able to work 8am-4:30pm with some after hours networking events
