Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Biller to review and process shipping and billing documents with a high level of accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipment data is correct and invoices are processed properly.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipment documents
- Determine billing status (prepaid vs. collect)
- Accurately enter shipment details (shipper, consignee, and bill-to information)
- Verify all information is complete and correct to avoid billing or delivery issues
- Follow established procedures and meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Work independently in a structured, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes and instructions closely
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable working with performance metrics
- Basic computer and data entry skills (10-key + typing)
- Experience in billing, invoicing, or data entry
- Experience in claims or administrative processing (highly transferable)
- Background in logistics or transportation is a plus
Training & Requirements
- 2 weeks of mandatory training (no schedule conflicts allowed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must complete pre-employment assessments (reading, typing, and data entry)
