Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, correspondence, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and workflow processes
- Support facilities projects, process improvements, and safety/emergency coordination; serve as point of contact for floor monitors
- Manage ID badge operations including issuing, replacing, troubleshooting access, and maintaining equipment and reports
- Oversee onboarding logistics by preparing badges/parking, assigning access, capturing photos, and updating internal systems
- Handle offboarding by disabling access, updating parking systems, and coordinating charge terminations
- Administer parking operations including decals, garage assignments, system updates, and special requests
- Administrative experience
- Skills to include organizational, multitasking and time management
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong client facing and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
