A well-known client in Downtown Columbia is looking for an Administrative Assistant to serve in their Facilities Department helping to organize all projects, prepare action plans, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, correspondence, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and workflow processes
  • Support facilities projects, process improvements, and safety/emergency coordination; serve as point of contact for floor monitors
  • Manage ID badge operations including issuing, replacing, troubleshooting access, and maintaining equipment and reports
  • Oversee onboarding logistics by preparing badges/parking, assigning access, capturing photos, and updating internal systems
  • Handle offboarding by disabling access, updating parking systems, and coordinating charge terminations
  • Administer parking operations including decals, garage assignments, system updates, and special requests
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Administrative experience
  • Skills to include organizational, multitasking and time management
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong client facing and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
