Overview:

Our client in Liberty, SC is seeking a Part-Time Admin Clerk to support in the public sector. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and supporting processes.

The ideal candidate is a professional administrative support coordinator with experience working for a public-sector organization and government entity.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and supporting documents
  • Attend required meetings and work sessions, including occasional evening meetings
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute accurate meeting minutes
  • Maintain official records, files, and documentation
  • Manage and process public information requests in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Draft and publish notices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries
  • Support communication between internal and external personnel
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative support experience, in the public sector preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation:

  • $20/hour

Schedule: 

  • On-site in Liberty, SC
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
