What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in executive search, professional recruiting, talent acquisition, or consultative business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow a successful search practice within a specific industry, function, or market.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries, functions, geographic markets, or leadership levels.
  • Strong business development, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders, hiring executives, and candidates throughout the search process.
  • Track record of identifying, attracting, and closing top talent in competitive markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build credibility, create opportunities, and drive results.
  • Passion for developing lasting relationships and helping organizations make impactful hiring decisions.
