We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst – Finance to join a global enterprise organization supporting critical finance systems and initiatives. This is an opportunity for a senior-level Oracle EBS professional who possesses deep functional expertise across multiple Oracle Financial modules and can immediately contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

This role serves as a key liaison between IT and Finance stakeholders, partnering with directors, business leaders, and end users to enhance, support, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite financial processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials
  • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver solutions
  • Support ongoing enhancements, system improvements, and finance-related projects
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules and related processes
  • Lead requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities
  • Support integration testing and issue resolution across end-to-end finance processes
  • Develop ad hoc reports and data extracts to support audit requests and business reporting needs
  • Create and maintain SQL queries for financial data extraction and analysis
  • Support tax-related enhancements, reporting, and compliance initiatives
  • Participate in proof-of-concept activities involving Oracle AI capabilities and future cloud transformation initiatives
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues with limited oversight

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Oracle Financial Systems Analyst
  • Strong hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience
  • Deep functional expertise across multiple Oracle Financial modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Tax
  • Financial reporting and data extraction
  • Experience with Oracle Financial module setup, configuration, and ownership
  • Strong finance and accounting process knowledge
  • Experience supporting audits, financial reporting, and compliance-related requests
  • Ability to write queries and perform data extraction for reporting and analysis
  • Experience working directly with finance stakeholders from leadership through end-user levels
  • Proven ability to work independently and quickly become productive in a complex Oracle environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EBS Tax experience
  • Vertex experience
  • Experience with localizations and global finance processes
  • Exposure to costing and manufacturing finance processes
  • OneStream experience
  • Experience evaluating or supporting Oracle Cloud Finance initiatives
  • Experience supporting Oracle AI or automation-related projects

  • Annual bonus:
