Our client, a boutique law firm located in West Columbia, SC, is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their team. This individual will directly support the Managing Attorney who has developed a thriving practice over the years specializing in Professional Licensing Defense. This is a great opportunity to learn this specialized area of law. 

Candidates must have 1-2 years of legal experience and be licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Duties will include but are not limited to writing briefs, case research, drafting documents, revising fee agreements, consultation with clients, depositions, and court hearings. 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $85k – $100k, based on experience 
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 3 weeks of PTO and sick time off
