Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Capture photos and short-form video content for social media, events, and marketing campaigns
- Write engaging social media copy, promotional content, and email marketing materials
- Research trends and develop creative ideas to increase audience engagement
- Monitor social media channels and assist with community engagement
- Support email campaigns, online listings, and promotional graphics
- Track and report social media and marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate marketing communications
- Assist with trade shows, industry events, and other marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in social media and marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Experience with Canva, social scheduling tools, or similar marketing platforms preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work extended hours during events when needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45,000-$60,000, based on experience
