Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Corporate Recruiter to join a growing talent acquisition team. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of professional, technical, and corporate functions, ranging from Finance and Accounting positions to highly specialized Data Science and Analytics roles. This opportunity is contract to hire and hybrid in Greer. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate, professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
• Partner closely with executives, department leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking channels, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and highly specialized roles.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting across multiple functional areas, including Finance, Accounting, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, and Corporate Support functions.
• Strong experience sourcing and recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. 

• $80,000 – $100,000
