    Job Description: 

    Serve as the first point of contact for routine client inquiries
    Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering documents, opening accounts, and explaining processes
    Assist advisors with compiling and organizing data for financial plans
    Enter client information into planning software 
    Prepare plan summaries, asset allocation reports, and scenario models
    Help follow up with clients to collect missing documents or clarify financial details
    Prepare and process custodian paperwork (ACAT transfers, new accounts, beneficiary updates, RMD requests, etc.)
    Track pending forms, follow up with custodians, and ensure clean workflows
    Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM
    Manage compliance documentation as required
    Prepare meeting agendas, reports, illustrations, and review packets
    Attend client meetings 
    Ensure advisors have updated client information prior to meetings

    Qualifications: 

    CFP (Strongly Preferred)
    Experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service roles
    Strong organizational and administrative skills
    Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client requests with accuracy
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Experience with custodial platforms 
    Prior paraplanning, client service associate, or planning assistant experience

    Hours:

    Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
    100% onsite 

    Compensation: 

    $55,000 – $75,000
