A well known client of ours in Greenville, SC is seeking a Compliance Analyst to play a key role in strengthening their Compliance Management System (CMS) and Third Party Risk Management Program. This position offers a balanced focus on second line compliance testing and third party risk oversight, helping protect the organization from regulatory, contractual, and consumer risk. In this role you will work with Legal, Information Security, Procurement, and Operations teams to assess risk, drive remediation, and support a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement. This is a direct hire and full time position. 

Requirements: 

  • Conduct second line compliance monitoring and testing to evaluate internal controls and regulatory adherence.
  • Perform risk assessments related to federal and state consumer financial regulations and company policies. 
  • Lead third party risk reviews, including due diligence, onboarding, contract compliance, and ongoing oversight
  • Analyze testing Results and data trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions 
  • Track remediation efforts and provide clear, actionable risk reporting to leadership
  • Support compliance testing tied to products, process, or regulatory changes
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement and monitor effective risk mitigation controls
  • Assist the compliance Director with audits, special projects, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications: 
  • Hands on experience communicating and managing third party risk vendors.
  • 3-4 years of Compliance and/or audit experience 
  • Understanding of federal and state consumer financial laws
  • Detail driven and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative, solutions-drive mindset with strong communication skills. 
  • CTPRP certification strongly preferred; banking or financial experience is a plus.
