ERP Business Analyst / Manufacturing Systems Lead (Onsite)

A growing manufacturing organization in the Upstate is seeking an experienced ERP professional to serve as the primary connection between operations and enterprise systems. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting two production sites and working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the functional owner of the ERP system for plant operations and shared services
  • Partner with manufacturing and leadership to convert business needs into reliable, repeatable ERP processes
  • Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting, and reporting assistance
  • Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and KPI visibility across sites
  • Create and deliver ERP training, documentation, and user onboarding
  • Standardize processes and eliminate inefficient or overly customized practices
  • Play a key role in upcoming system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and user adoption
  • Collaborate with corporate IT and external ERP partners during projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production-driven manufacturing (ATO or similar)
  • Experience supporting operations, supply chain, and financial users
  • Proven ability to work directly with end users on the plant floor
  • ERP upgrade or major system project experience preferred
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills; comfort working with ERP data
  • Basic SQL or ERP data structure knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communicator with a practical, service-oriented approach

Note: Candidates must already reside in the Upstate of South Carolina. This is not a remote or hybrid role. 100% onsite. 

Salary – $100k – $115k
