We’re looking for a high-performing, fast-moving remote Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and high-velocity CEO. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to move fluidly between strategic initiatives and daily operational support,  often acting as a true right-hand partner in both professional and personal matters. This position is remote, but will meet with CEO weekly in person in Greenville, SC and have occasional travel.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s email and calendar with precision, identifying priorities, responding on their behalf, and keeping things moving.
  • Prepare communications for the CEO, including internal updates, board materials, and leadership messages.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones with thoughtfulness and efficiency.
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes that are concise, clear, and actionable.
  • Support logistics for key internal groups such as the leadership team and cross-functional councils.
  • Book complex travel and build itineraries that optimize time, ease, and productivity.
  • Track and submit expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle both personal and professional tasks.
  • Support other senior leaders as needed.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, anticipating needs, flagging priorities, and bringing clarity and momentum to ongoing initiatives.
  • Be available for in-person meetings in Greenville, SC a few times per week if needed.
  • Travel occasionally for company retreats or events.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience supporting a fast-paced executive, ideally in a high-growth, small to mid-sized organization.
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy.
  • A self-starter who isn’t afraid to push for clarity, follow up when needed, and keep things on track.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in remote work environments with occasional in person meetings and travel
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $70,000-75,000
