We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide temporary support for grant compliance and audit-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, conducting research, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data quality. The selected candidate will work independently while supporting established audit and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain audit and compliance reports using established templates and procedures.
- Review files, invoices, correspondence, and supporting documentation to identify and verify grant-funded activities.
- Research and gather company, project, and program information from internal databases and tracking systems.
- Enter, update, and verify data related to grants, projects, investments, and performance metrics.
- Organize and maintain electronic audit files and documentation throughout the review process.
- Coordinate communication and information requests with internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Incorporate supporting materials, photographs, observations, and documentation into final reports.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Assist with other administrative and compliance-related tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and document-management skills.
- Ability to review and analyze large volumes of information and identify key details.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM, database, and electronic filing systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Experience in administrative support, compliance, auditing, accounting, records management, or document review is preferred.
- $22-$23hr
