A company in Greenville, SC is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR team with all projects and initiatives, such as  new employee orientation, compliance efforts, HRIS management, and the talent review and compensation process.
 
This is a temp-to-hire position with a full-time, onsite schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Support HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave management, and ADA
  • Administer and reconcile benefit and retirement programs (medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k), etc.)
  • Lead employee onboarding
  • Support performance management by coaching managers and guiding development efforts
  • Investigate employee concerns, provide resolution recommendations, and partner with leadership on complex HR issues
  • Generate HR reports
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist employees through organizational change with empathy
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • UKG proficient, a plus
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
