This is a temp-to-hire position with a full-time, onsite schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Support HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave management, and ADA
- Administer and reconcile benefit and retirement programs (medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k), etc.)
- Lead employee onboarding
- Support performance management by coaching managers and guiding development efforts
- Investigate employee concerns, provide resolution recommendations, and partner with leadership on complex HR issues
- Generate HR reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist employees through organizational change with empathy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience
- UKG proficient, a plus
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
