We’re seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR for a growing organization in Greenville, SC. This is a hands-on, sole-practitioner role for someone who thrives on building culture, strengthening employee engagement, and creating an environment where people love to work.
Description:
- Serve as the go-to HR resource, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive, collaborative culture that aligns with our mission and values
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and increase retention
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance, conflict resolution, and professional growth
- Ensure HR practices are compliant, efficient, and people-centered
Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience with strengths in employee relations, talent management, and culture-building
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle both strategic and day-to-day HR functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and approachable style
- Experience in nonprofit or arts environments is a plus, but not required
- HR Certification highly preferred
- Bachelors required
