Our client, a Personal Injury and Worker’s Comp Law Firm, is seeking an Intake Specialist to join the team. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage inbound calls with a high level of customer service
  • Conduct interviews with prospective clients to qualify and gather necessary information
  • Complete client intake forms and manage client communication
  • Use empathy to connect with prospective clients and help them understand the legal process
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Effectively communicate the services offered 
  • Work with case management software and other computer programs to manage client information
Requirements: 
  • High school diploma required
  • Experience working in customer service/call center
  • Prior experience with a law firm preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients who may be in a stressful situation
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely
Benefits & Compensation: 
  • $18/hr 
  • Offers a 6% match on 401k contributions dollar for dollar 
  • This is primarily a remote position, outside of initial training and some team days in office in Charleston, SC
