Responsibilities:
- Designs and produces marketing materials (e.g., social media content, presentations, flyers) for agency and producers
- Develops and supports campaigns, promotions, and contests to generate leads
- Manages and updates social media channels to maintain relevance
- Collaborates with producers to create marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
- Selects media/design elements and ensures content accuracy and approval
- Oversees revisions, printing, and distribution of marketing materials
- Tracks results from seminars and online marketing efforts
- Gathers feedback to improve marketing initiatives
- Partners with stakeholders to uncover opportunities and promote products
- Plans and organizes sales seminars, including materials and logistics
- Coordinates annual top producer recognition trip
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and email marketing software
- Demonstrated copywriting experience
- 3-5 years of professional marketing experience
- Ability to work onsite
Benefits & Compensation:
- $60,000 – $65,000
