A professional residential real estate company in Greenville, SC is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting a dynamic group of high-achieving professionals while creating engaging digital content. Direct Hire | Part-Time | 100% Onsite
 
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
 
Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging social media content including graphics, short-form video, and written posts
  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop and execute content strategies
  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms using scheduling tools
  • Edit video content using tools such as CapCut or similar software
  • Design marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support occasional print and digital advertising initiatives
  • Assist with special projects, including light website updates or design work
  • Partner with team members to translate ideas into compelling visual and digital content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time schedule
  • Proficiency with Canva required
  • Experience and strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with an outgoing, team-oriented personality
