We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations for a client of ours in Florence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of property management principles, and the ability to effectively manage resident relationships.

This position is temporary-to-hire, with standard hours of Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains property rentals by filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases 
  • Establishes rental rates
  • Organizes property viewings 
  • Performs administrative duties 
  • Inspects property conditions and coordinates inspections 
  • Collects security deposits and rent payments
  • Handles resident relations 
  • Maintains building systems
  • Prepares reports

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette , communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and management.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience in real estate or sales preferred
  • 3+ years management experience is preferred
  • SC Property Management Licensure
Compensation and Benefits: 
  • $24/hour
