We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations for a client of ours in Florence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of property management principles, and the ability to effectively manage resident relationships.
This position is temporary-to-hire, with standard hours of Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains property rentals by filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases
- Establishes rental rates
- Organizes property viewings
- Performs administrative duties
- Inspects property conditions and coordinates inspections
- Collects security deposits and rent payments
- Handles resident relations
- Maintains building systems
- Prepares reports
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette , communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and management.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 3-5 years experience in real estate or sales preferred
- 3+ years management experience is preferred
- SC Property Management Licensure
- $24/hour
