Job Title: Subrogation Claims Coordinator
Location: Greenville, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$19 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Direct Hire Considered)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Subrogation Claims Coordinator to join a small, close-knit subrogation team. This full-time, in-office role involves handling and processing claims related to vehicle returns and damage cases. The ideal candidate is dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in claims, subrogation, insurance, or the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and process data related to subrogation claims

  • Review and evaluate damage reports, photos, and supporting documentation

  • Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and vendors to pursue recoveries

  • Track claims from entry to resolution using spreadsheets and internal systems

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Communicate professionally via email and phone

  • Adapt to shifting tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in claims handling, subrogation, insurance, or automotive industry preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Dependable and seeking long-term employment
