Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions. This individual will manage multiple requisitions, develop candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high-volume recruiting with targeted searches for specialized talent.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage a diverse workload of open positions, including hourly, professional, and specialized roles.

  • Lead the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.

  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Support onboarding transitions and pre-employment activities.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Create compelling job advertisements designed to attract qualified candidates.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market feedback, and recruiting progress.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to drive hiring outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting documentation.

  • Track recruiting metrics and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience required.

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

  • Experience supporting both high-volume and professional-level hiring preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ability to analyze recruiting activity and adjust sourcing strategies based on results.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $26 – $29/hr
  • FGP offers contract employees minimal essential coverage, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met
